“I want to extend a very special prayer to my big brother, Kanye West,” he said. Towards the end of the song however, Chance began to flub the lyrics, cheekily crooning “You don’t feel no way, on purpose/ I’m messing up all of Drake’s words on purpose,” but still deftly led the band through a flawless transition into the Donnie Trumpet cut, “Windows.”ĭuring his Live Lounge appearance, Chance also spoke about Kanye West’s recent hospitalization while performing their Coloring Book collaboration, “All We Got.” While Donnie Trumpet and the Social Experiment captured the gooey synths and sultry piano plunks of the Views cut, they dropped the uptempo percussion and opened the song up for Chance, who delivered Drake’s love-weary lyrics in a charming croak. Chance the Rapper turned Drake‘s “Feel No Ways” into an atmospheric slow jam during an appearance on BBC Radio 1Xtra’s Live Lounge.
